Meet Sylvia

I am a true “local Carolina girl” having grown up in Myrtle Beach, SC and my family has had a residence at Holden Beach, NC since 1968, affording me with a huge knowledge base and experience in both the SC and NC markets.
After a career in economic and workforce development, I began a second career in 2012 in real estate. Before my real estate career, I was the Director of the Regional Center for Economic, Community and Professional Development at the University of NC at Pembroke. I have a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management and am a Realtor licensed in both North and South Carolina. I have continued with my real estate education having completed the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations as well as Strategic Pricing Specialist and Certified Property Expert (CPE).
