Dawn brings 11 years of business ownership and a 10 year background in hotel management to coastal North Carolina real estate. She works with buyers and sellers across Oak Island, Southport, and Brunswick County, and treats every transaction the same way she’d treat a guest in her own home. Her path to real estate runs through hospitality. She started in hotel management, then ran a home care company in Wilmington and two paint-and-sip studios in the Triangle. Different industries, same job. Take care of people, do the work right, don’t cut corners.
That mindset shows up in how she serves clients. She listens before she pitches. She asks questions until she understands what you’re actually trying to do. She returns calls and texts quickly, follows up without being asked, and tells you the truth even when it isn’t what you want to hear. If a deal isn’t right for you, she’ll say so.
Dawn invests in Brunswick County real estate herself. She also hosts a monthly real estate investor meetup that brings local buyers, sellers, and investors together to share insight on the market.
